"I see you looking at him all the time. Why don't you just say something?"
"Why don't you say something? You stare as much as I do," Randy said defensively as he turned back to the blue-eyed blonde who was talking animatedly to Mark Jindrak.
"I can't."
"And why not? You're The Game. You're that damn good. Go take a shot."
"He's not into someone like me. He's into guys like that."
"Like what," Randy said turning back to Hunter.
"Like Mark."
"What about him do you think would interest Chris?"
"Everything. His personality and all that. He's young and sweet and adorable. He has that naive thing going too. Plus he's built."
"I have personality."
"Yeah you do," Hunter agreed.
"I may not be as big as Mark, but I have a very nice body."
"Uh-hu."
"I can be adorable and sweet."
"Yeah you can. It's kinda natural for you really."
"I'm not naive, but that's a good thing. It's a good thing that people can't take advantage of me."
"You're right. I think you would have a shot."
"I think you would too Hunter. No one can deny that you're built. You're not really adorable, but you're very sweet and you have an amazing personality when you're not all overly stressed. And everyone knows you're not naive, which we already said could be really good thing."
"You know what. You're right."
"Damn right I am. So why is it that neither one of us will take a shot at him?"
"At first it was because we were scared, but now it's a completely different reason," Hunter said softly.
"Why?"
"Because along with personality, adorability, sweetness, naiveté, and an impressive physique, it seems that Mark's also got Chris."
Randy whipped his head around and nearly choked when he saw Mark and Chris engaged in a passionate kiss. Chris pulled away a little shocked and touched his lips lightly. It was clear that he hadn't been expecting for his friend to kiss him. He smiled a small shy smiled and leaned in for another kiss.
"Come on," Hunter urged Randy gently. "Let's get drunk off our asses and have some good pity sex that neither one of will remember in the morning."
Randy didn't have to think twice about it. It wasn't the way he'd intended to spend his night. But it was the best suggestion at the moment.
