Sean sighed as he fell back on his hotel bed. It had been two weeks since he'd been to Washington D.C. to visit Mark and Dave and he was feeling it. It'd been two weeks since he'd had a good fuck. Two weeks since he'd felt a warm body next to him in the bed. Two weeks since he'd been close to anyone he cared about in the slightest. It wasn't like Sean to go that long without sex. It wasn't that he didn't have the opportunity because he did-he just couldn't bring himself to be with anyone other than Dave and Mark. And it wasn't even like they had a set relationship. Sure, Mark and Dave were a couple-everyone knew that-but Sean considered himself a free agent still. It wasn't like Dave and Mark saw him as part of their relationship-he was just their fuck buddy. But still, Sean couldn't bring himself to go after another man or woman.
"Looks like it's just me and my handy dandy tube of lube all by ourselves again," he muttered, unzipping his pants. He grabbed the lube out of his bag and popped the top. "What a night."

"Dave, can I talk to you?"
Dave looked up from the paperwork in front of him.
"Sure, I could use a break." He sighed. "Who knew there was so fuckin much to do just to get an annulment?"
Mark smiled and kissed the top of his lover's head before taking a seat across from him. Pushing the papers aside, he leaned across the table, taking Dave's hands in his.
"It's about our relationship...with Sean." Mark bit his lip, waiting for a response from him. When Dave remained silent, he nodded his head and continued. "I don't know how you feel, but I think it's moved into something more than just occasionally having a third person to have sex with. It's not just physical anymore, Dave."
"You're right-it's not."
"I know I still have feelings for him from back when he and I were dating before and I know how you feel about me having those feelings, but I don't think I can just push them away. And I know that Sean still has feelings for me-not that I'm trying to sound conceited or anything-"
"Mark," Dave interrupted, "You're right." He took a deep breath and looked his lover straight in the eye. "We've both become emotionally attached to O'Haire."
"And I know that you think he's an asshole-what did you say?" Dave laughed at the look of disbelief on Mark's face.
"I said we've both become emotionally attached to him. Yes, I said `we'." He shook his head, a small smile still playing on his lips. "I never thought I'd ever say that, but I did. It's hard not to get attached to that man. He's so endearing." His eyes narrowed. "But, don't you dare tell him I just said that!"
"I swear I won't," Mark laughed. He tilted his head and looked curiously at Dave for a moment. "But, what do we do about it? I mean, it's kinda awkward and I don't think we can ignore it for much longer..."
"What if we get married?"
Mark blinked.
"Huh?" He blushed. "You wanna get married?"
Dave nodded his head and squeezed Mark's hands tight.
"I love you, so yes, I want to marry you."
"Are you proposing?"
"Well, I don't have a ring or anything yet...it's not like I had this planned..."
"The best things in life aren't planned." Mark smiled. "But, if you are officially asking..."
"Yeah, I am."
"Then yes, I'll marry you."
Dave grinned and leaned over to kiss his mouth. When they pulled apart, Mark looked curiously at him.
"But what about Sean?"
"Sean too-all three of us...to each other." Dave shrugged. "I read that they can do that in Canada. We can go there and get it done."
"What are we gonna do-just call Sean and tell him we're gonna get married?" Mark scoffed, "I dunno how he's gonna take that. I mean, we all know how you two feel about each other...think we could all survive being married to each other?"
Dave rolled his eyes.
"I think we can get past that one. Besides, I care about O'Haire...most of the time."
"Well that will just impress the justice of peace won't it?"
"Shut up, Mark."
"Hey, what about Randy? We gotta wait for him to sign the papers before we can even think about getting married."
Dave frowned.
"I'll make the little bitch sign them sooner than he may have planned. Don't worry about HIM."
"Well, I can't help but worry about him," Mark pouted, laying his head on the table so Dave could play with his hair, "He's done nothing but make our lives a living hell since we hooked up."
Dave nodded his head as his fingers twirled a strand of his lover's hair. He knew Mark was right-there was no doubt about that. But, he knew that Randy would agree to the annulment faster than expected. Because if he didn't, Dave would have a thing or two to say about it- and he wouldn't be speaking with his mouth. He couldn't let Mark know, though, because he wasn't too keen on violence outside the ring.
"Baby, trust me," he said slowly, frowning, "That bitch will sign the papers and we'll be married before you know it."

Mark lifted his head from his pillow as he heard the door open. A smile appeared on his face and he couldn't wipe it off. The figure stepped into the room and crossed the few feet to stand in front of the bed. Mark reached out and hugged him close, taking in his smell, the feel of his arms, the warmth of his body, the essence that was him.
"I missed you," he whispered.
His fingers ran through the long unkempt hair and he pulled back to look into the face. Mark eyes shone as he took in the small smile that was for him.
"Missed you too," Sean said as he stood up straight again and pulled off his jacket. He looked around and noticed Dave was nowhere to be seen. "Where's old David at?"
"He said he hadda be at court early today to finish with that whole annulment thing," Mark answered. He sighed and sat up. "I thought you weren't coming up until tomorrow?"
"Change of plans." Sean took a seat on the bed. "I needed to talk to you guys about something and I figured I might as well do it sooner than later. When's he gonna be home?"
Mark looked at the alarm clock.
"Probably in another hour...hopefully." He shook his head. "I just hope Randy doesn't try causing trouble."
"It'd be a first," Sean snorted.
"You're telling me," Mark laughed. He looked curiously at the man sitting next to him. "What's so important that you came a day early?" "I'll tell ya when Dave gets back. Now, though I think I'll go see if I can't find something edible in the fridge." He kissed Mark's cheek and ruffled his hair as he stood up. "I'll cook while you get dressed. Whatcha want for breakfast, Mark?"
"I think there's leftover chicken in there somewhere."
"Breakfast food, baby."
"Cereal."
Sean shook his head as he walked into the tiny kitchen. He grabbed a few bowls, a skillet and some eggs and soon had the start of a huge omelette going. By the time Mark came out, fully clothed and starved, Sean had made a delicious chicken and cheese omelette with fried potatoes and biscuits.
"Mmm, smells good," Mark grinned, "You always were a good cook."
"It's a Southern thing," Sean joked, "You New Yorkers don't know how to cook that's all."
Mark rolled his eyes and took a seat at the table. As he shoved the food in his mouth, he glanced over at Sean. He couldn't wait for Dave to get home with the annulment done so that they could ask Sean to marry them. He just hoped Sean felt the same way about both of them that they did about him. If not, then he and Dave were in for one hell of a disappointment.
No sooner had the plates been cleared then Dave walked through the door. Mark immediately pounced on him, showering him with kisses as he tried to take his coat off.
"Mark, I've only been gone a few hours," he laughed, "It's not like I've been gone for days."
Mark blushed.
"Well, yeah I know," he said, "But Sean's here already!" He grinned. "So, everything went okay, right? And you can ask Sean the question?"
"Yeah, it went good," Dave nodded as he followed Mark into the kitchen, "Hey, O'Haire, what's up man?"
"One guess," Sean answered immediately, winking.
"As always," Dave laughed. He took a seat at the table and looked hesitantly first at Mark then at Sean. "O'Haire, me and Mark have something that we wanna say to-"
"I gotta talk to you guys about something." Sean said at the same time.
Mark laughed. "You go first, Sean."
"No, you two go first."
"Sean, you can go. You came a day early to talk to us, you said."
"I'm in no rush."
"O'Haire, what we gotta say is pretty intense so I think you should go first," Dave commanded. He shrugged. "I don't mind."
Sean nodded his head slowly as he looked at the other two men in the room. He took a deep breath and sat down across from Dave. His fingers grabbed hold of a stray napkin and he began twisting it into knots.
"Sean?" Mark said gently.
"Right." Sean nodded and smiled. "I'm not exactly sure how to say this but...well, I guess I'll just come right out with it and say it." He looked down at the table. "I uh, I'm not happy with our relationship anymore."
Mark's jaw dropped.
"Huh?"
"This isn't what I need anymore," Sean added.
"But, I thought that you liked being with..." Mark's voice cracked.
"I DO like being with you two," Sean told him, sighing, "But I just don't think I can continue like this." He looked up at them. "You two are in love and it's so obvious. And me, I'm just the third wheel. You guys need to be by yourselves more-do things by yourselves."
"You're not the third wheel," Mark pleaded, tears in his eyes. He shook his head. It looked like his and Dave's plans to ask Sean to marry them were going down the drain right in front of his eyes. It looked like Sean didn't feel the same way as they did. "We like having you with us!"
"Just sex isn't enough for me," Sean continued, "Maybe a few years ago it would have been, but now it's not. I guess I'm just getting old and wanting to settle down and everything and-"
"Sean, shut up," Dave said, "You're babbling." He held his hand up as Sean started to protest. "I think you need to hear what me and Mark wanted to ask you right now." He held his hand out to his lover and Mark took it, eyes still shining with tears. "We talked a few days ago and have decided that it's not physical with you anymore. We're attached to you and in fact..." He swallowed hard. "We...we uh...damn this is hard to say."
"We love you," Mark interrupted quickly.
"Yeah," Dave nodded, "What he said."
Sean blinked as he looked between them. Had he heard right? Mark had just said that THEY loved him! He could see Mark saying it-Sean knew he still had feelings from when they were last together-but to have him say that both he AND Dave loved him was shocking to say the least. His hands crumpled the napkin he was still holding and dropped it to the table.
"You..." Sean raised his eyebrows," You LOVE me?" He looked over at Dave. "Both of you?"
"O'Haire...Sean..." Dave reached out and grabbed his hand. "Yeah, I love you. Mark does, too. I don't think he ever stopped loving you. It might have been just physical, but we can't control how we feel." He shrugged. "We love you."
Sean's mouth opened and closed like a fish.
"How do you feel about us?" Mark asked, voice breaking the silence.
"I...I care about you both," Sean said slowly, "I do...which is why I feel like the third wheel all the time..."
"There's more," Dave told him. He stood up and motioned for Mark to take a seat next to Sean. His hands slid into his pockets and he shifted on his feet. "I have something I need to officially ask both of you. I already know Mark's answer but I want to ask it again." He smiled and pulled out two plain gold rings before getting down on one knee. "Will you two marry me?"
Mark nodded his head eagerly as Dave slipped one ring onto his finger. They looked over at Sean whose mouth was still opening and closing rapidly. Dave took Sean's hand and raised his eyebrow, waiting for an answer.
"Isn't it illegal?" were the first words out of Sean's mouth.
"Canada," Dave answered gruffly, "Now, what's your answer?"
Sean bit his lip.
"Sean?" Mark asked softly.
"I don't wanna be the third-"
"Dammit, baby," Dave almost shouted, "You're not a fuckin third wheel. We both love you! Now, will you marry me or not?"
"You called me `baby'," Sean whispered.
"Yeah, I did! But you still haven't answered my...I've never called you that before, have I?"
"No," Sean answered, shaking his head as he looked carefully at him, "You haven't, Dave." He tossed his head back and held his hand out. "Well, what are you waiting for? Put that ring on my finger, big man!"
Dave grinned as he slid the ring onto Sean's finger. Standing up, he pulled both of his lovers into his arms and held them close as tears ran down all three men's faces. They embraced for quite awhile before heading into the bedroom to celebrate. (A/N: hahaha, no hot sex scene this time, sowry! LMAO)
Epilogue:
"Happy anniversary, boys!" Trish Stratus announced as she walked into the modest two-story home the guys had bought a few months prior.
"Thanks, Trish!" Mark grinned as he received a hug from the beautiful blonde.
"God, who ever would have thought you three would make it to your five year anniversary?" Sean's little brother, Shan, asked as he walked past carrying a plate of food.
"Who ever would have thought you'd make it to your ONE year anniversary?" Garrison Cade added.
Dave laughed as he joined the group. He kissed Mark's cheek and looked around for his other partner. He spotted Sean in a corner, mingling with some of his friends from the former WCW and waved him over.
"I knew we'd make it," he announced, grinning, "Because I love these guys!" He kissed Sean as he made it over. "Even this big lug!"
"Woohoo!" Stephanie McMahon-Levesque cheered as she and her husband walked past.
Dave cleared his throat.
"Everyone, I have a toast to make!" He waited for the group to settle down before he continued. "I want to thank you all for coming to our five year anniversary party. Me, Sean, and Mark really appreciate it!" He grinned and held up his glass. "And now I want to make a small toast..." He nodded his head as everyone clapped. "To the two most amazing men in the world, Sean O'Haire and Mark Jindrak. They are the most important people in my life and I don't know what I would do without them. They've made me happier than I ever thought imaginable and even though we've had our problems we stand here stronger than ever!" He lifted his glass. "I love you two!"
Everyone clapped and took a drink. Mark smiled shyly at Sean and hugged him close before stepping over to Dave.
"I want to make a toast too," he announced, "To Dave and Sean for being two loving strong men through everything in my life and always knowing exactly what to do." He winked at Dave. "And for knowing when NOT to be big strong men!"
"Oversharing!" Shawn Stasiak called out from the back of the room.
"Here here!" Brock Lesnar added, tipping his glass back to take a long drink.
"Okay my turn," Sean announced, his trademark devilish grin spreading across his face, "I want to thank Mark and Dave for allowing me to become a part of their lives so long ago. I love them more than life itself!"
"Yeah!" Mike Sanders cheered, raising his glass to take a drink.
"AND!" Sean continued, holding his hand up, "I want to thank someone who isn't here today because without him this never would have happened."
Mark and Dave looked curiously at their partner.
"I wanna thank Randall Orton for being a complete asshole and pushing me back into Mark's and ultimately into Dave's lives! Couldn't have done it without ya old buddy!" Sean finished and took a long sip of wine.
